I draw to clear my head. I have bipolar disorder and use art as a therapy emptying my head of all the visions and thoughts that make me so unwell. Without art I would not be here today. Using black ink I create intricate graphic monochrome drawings that give an insight into the troubled mind. My inspirations are the people I have met along the way who also have mental health issues. By exhibiting my work I hope to reduce stigma by bringing this sometimes difficult subject to a wider audience.
