Debate - The Green Professor and the Tiger in the Room

The opening of the new Ecology Centre will be marked by a root-and-branch investigation of the validity of ‘green’ policies. The motion to be debated is ‘ subsidy to renewable energy projects during the present century should not exceed the level of VAT rebate. ’ Motion proposed by Evan Rutherford and opposed by David Mitchell.
