Contemporary Visual Art Programme
This years Curated exhibitions
with lead artist Goh Ideta from Japan.
Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th Sept
Open throughout the Festival’s three weeks, this year’s curated visual art programme is stronger than ever as it explores the relationship between Art & Architecture - the commonalities, contrasts and conflicts in the built environment that we inhabit but often never truly see.
Art intervenes in buildings and spaces throughout Wirksworth, and this year there is a strong international flavour. Moving image is also a feature of the programme.
