Call for Proposals for Performance Programme.

We are seeking proposals for all aspects of performance during Festival 2010 and beyond

Wirksworth Festival is looking for a programme of music, dance, drama and other performance showcasing an eclectic mix of artforms and encompassing local, regional and national renowned artists and companies.

The Festival aims to open up opportunities to its existing volunteers and to encourage new involvement locally to support the creation of a cohesive, stimulating and exciting programme of performance events that are integrated more closely with the visual arts programme than has been the case in the past. The Performance Programme will include commissioned events alongside events selected by open submission from independent producers.

The Programme Team are inviting Independent Producers to put forward proposals for performance events throughout the 16 days of the Festival.
