I make collagraphs using a wide variety of materials, both found and sourced, including pressed plant material. The plates I produce are layered and textured and reference landscape and the human form. A sense of place, belonging and alienation theme the work.
At its heart are ideas of relationship.

I find the local landscape an everyday inspiration and other landscapes from childhood memories to unfamiliar holiday destinations inform my creative process.

I find the process of creating and printing collagraphs engages me and takes me to unexpected places.
