Festival: 2018

I have been making jewellery since 2004, when I began hand stitching with wire; this technique was inspired by my studies of Embroidery at Manchester Metropolitan University. Since then my techniques have been refined further and I have developed collections of jewellery which have an elegant, nostalgic feel. My latest Geometric collection is inspired by Art Deco shapes and patterns, with colour combinations inspired by fashion illustration plates of the same period. These pieces are somehow nostalgic yet still contemporary in feel. My jewellery is made with very fine silver wire in bright silver or oxidised silver.
