There has been a great stillness in our world which has frequently brought a feeling of quiet and melancholy.
It felt like being in an unfamiliar place, the edge of an unknown territory, it was threatening, but I found the sanctuary of home a safe haven.
My work shows the solitude of this strange and liminal period where we are waiting for a new time, a new optimism, and hope for a future that is not full of fear.
