Wirksworth Festival Online Shop – Terms and Conditions

If you are buying a piece of work, please be aware of the following terms and conditions

  • The Sale is between you the buyer and the artist as a seller.
  • The Festival is acting in the capacity of hosting the online shop, advertising the works for sale and passing received money and buyers details to the artist.
  • The Festival is not responsible for the accuracy of the details regarding the works on sale – these have been supplied by the artist and the Festival has taken the details in good faith
  • Once the sale has completed and the money received, the Festival will contact the artist, pay them the money due and pass your details to them to arrange delivery of the work
  • Payment can be made via paypal or if you don’t have a paypal account, the system will accept credit / debit cards
  • By buying a piece of work, you consent for the Festival to pass you details to the artist to arrange delivery of the purchased works. The Festival will not use your details for any other purpose
  • Any disputes regarding the sale e.g. non delivery, works not as stated is purely between you the purchaser and the artist. The Festival will pass on contact details between artist and buyer but accepts no responsibility for the resolution of any disputes and will not engage in this process.”
  • As part of the sales process, the Festival will take a 10% commission from the sale price (not including delivery). This is part of the agreement with the artist
  • Due to Brexit Regulations we are unable to ship artwork to an overseas address
